Its been a very cold winter here in the Mid-west and tonight we have a nice snowstorm making its way in. When it cold outside is nice to have a nice steamy bowl of soup, to warm me right up.

In all honestly, I do not tend to go for the low calorie soups very often, they sometimes lack the flavor of their higher calorie counterparts. One  of my goals this year is to eat healthier, so I decided to give it a go. We have tried several different varieties of these Progresso soups over the last couple of weeks and we have really enjoyed them all.  I really liked the Italian Style Meatball and Chicken & Dumplings soup, and my husband greedily gobbled up the Garden Vegetable, in no time. They have a huge variety of flavors, I am sure you can find one that you'd like too.
