Village Tea Company *Giveaway*

Monday, November 30, 2009
Over the last few years tea has grown in popularity and we have seen a dramatic increase in varieties and brands. It is so overwhelmingly so, that it is now hard to find a tea that you can  fall in love with.

I recently had the opportunity to try two great teas from Village Tea Company, Cherry Me Bloom Rooibos and Acai and Sweet Grace Vanilla Rooibos. Each of these teas were beautifully blended and not overpowering at all.

Cherry Me Bloom rooibos with acai

"Ingredients: South African Rooibos, sour cherry, lemon grass, flavor, acai, sunflower petals"
"Health Benefits: antioxidant rich, caffeine free, weight management support, natural energy."

"Wonderfully sweet Rooibos, sour cherry, lemon grass, acai, and sunflower petals grow together in our Cherry Me Bloom Rooibos with Acai Tea.This flavorful Rooibos gives your day a fresh start. Combined with  acai, this tea gives you a bright boost of natural energy and anti-oxidants that can keep you on your feet or just as easily whisk you away into your favorite book.  Expect to be pleasantly surprised with full taste experience. "

I really like that it has a little sweetness to it, but it is not overly sweet in any way . The fabulous smell  of  this tea makes brewing a pot  feel like a nice relaxing aromatherapy treatment.

            Sweet Grace Vanilla rooibos.

       "Ingredients: South African rooibos, flavor"
"Health Benefits: antioxidant rich, caffeine free"

"There’s an incredible simplicity in our Sweet Grace Vanilla Rooibos Tea. The soothing flavor of vanilla and the naturally sweet and mildly nutty palate of rooibos tea come together in a soothing mellow flavor. As the fragrant end to a wonderful meal, or a sweet and delicate treat, our Sweet Grace Vanilla Rooibos Tea is a graceful escape from your everyday."

The taste is delicate, with a nice warm vanilla flavor, really calming after a hard day.

Village Tea company has many unique varieties  to choose from, with each containing their own healthy properties. Not only is Village Tea good for you, it is also good for the environment with each tea  packed in 100 % recycled and recyclable packaging that includes 3 cotton muslin bags for brewing.

You can purchase Village Tea Company at their Dallas Cafe or online at VillageTeaco.com .
