Growing Tree Toys/ Blast Pad Review

Growing Tree Toys has been changing the way children play by providing them with only the highest quality Educational Toys  for over 30 years. In 2003 they opened GrowingTreeToys.com and feature a carefully chosen toy selection, with complete product details and descriptions.  They recently sent us the Blast Pad to review, and my boys have been having a blast with their fun new outdoor toy! 

The Blast pad launches missiles high into the sky. You simply hop onto the launch pad and your jump forces air through the launch tube which sends the Booster Pack Missile flying....

And boy do they fly!

I was actually really impressed on how high the missiles flew, we had purchased a different missile launcher last year that didn't go nearly as high and fell apart after using it a few times. Both of my boys had a lot of fun playing with the blast pad and I am sure that they will not tire from it anytime soon.

The Easter Bunny sent me some delicous Sucre chocolates!

Can you belive it? It's not even Easter...

He must have known how down I was feeling and how much I just love Sucre! Rich dark chocolate with a smooth, creamy caramel filling was just the perfect treat to give me a little pick me up! (Especially since they were adorned with a beautiful pink luster and wrapped in beautiful Packaging.) They tasted so good too, the caramel was nice silky and smooth, not tough or chewy and the chocolate was delicious, just what I have came to expect from the company!

You may have noticed that I have been drastically falling behind, not only in getting Reviews and giveaways posted but in drawing winners. I was trying to bring you at least one new giveaway every day and running them for 2 weeks each to give you enough time to enter. There is so much going on in my life right now that it has really taking a toll on me.

You may remember me telling you that I was addicted to soda a few weeks back; So, when I came across a giveaway for a SodaStream system a few months back, I was highly intrigued I knew I had to have one for myself.

I was a little worried that  setting up the machine was going to be a real chore but it was actually quite easy to do, all there was to it was inserting the provided carbonator into the slot found on the back of the machine, then fill the  carbonating bottles with cold water, then simply press the button in short, firm bursts,(one buzz for "light carbonation", three for "average carbonation", or more for whatever fizziness you desire) add in whichever flavor you want and give it a couple gentle shakes and your done!

Rubbermaid... Get Organizing giveaway!

Now that is officially Spring (I know... I know a little late) it's time for a little thing known as spring cleaning. Some people love it, I personally hate it but one thing for sure it is most definitely needed around here.

My Review

Since my junk drawer is probably the smallest narrowest drawer in my home, the fact that all of these pieces are seperate and can be played with to accommodate any size drawer is awesome! I was able to easily fit in all of the junk that was needed and get rid of a lot that wasn't.

Wilton- Dimensions Giant Cupcake Pan giveaway

Some of my fondest childhood memories involved baking with my mother, we would spend hours baking cakes, cookies and molding chocolates for the ladies at church nearly every holiday. While I am not the best baker, I like to carry on my mothers love for baking with my children.

I was very blessed to receive the Giant Cupcake pan from Wilton a few weeks back and we had our first opportunity to give it a try on Saint Patrick's day.

I had made the mistake of not spraying the pan before using and was a little nervous considering how deep it was that it wouldn't come out easily. However, I went along the edges with a silicone spatula and it came out perfectly.

Since we were aiming for the look of a pot of gold we opted to use only one side of the pan and the kids had a blast decorating it. They have already requested that I use it for both of their birthdays and I am sure they will come up with tons of other reasons to use it in between.

The Joy Of Soap giveaway

I had the pleasure of reviewing several items from Nature's Paradise in my home in the past weeks and overall I am impressed with the Body Organic product line. The products I have tried from this line are Creamy Coconut hand wash, Creamy Coconut lotion, coconut scented hand sanitizer and the Lavender body mist. My favorite thing about these products besides being 100% organic of course is the beautiful scent. The coconut smells like fresh coconuts, and the lavender is very subtle. 

The coconut scented hand sanitizer is hands down (pun intended) my favorite product. It comes in a nice spray bottle for easy application, and is not sticky like most other sanitizers. The coconut helps maintain moisture so it will not dry out your hands and the scent will leave you feeling as if you were in your own little tropical paradise. 



 I also had the opportunity to sample the Organic Pro hair set...

They work great, my hair felt clean and touchable. However, I wasn't in love with the scent of the shampoo. The gentle detangler on the other hand smelled fruity and fabulous and I'll continue to use it and probably purchase more if I ever run out.
