Me Time: Positive Day - Peaceful Night Giveaway

Wednesday, March 10, 2010

Being a parent means pretty much taking care of everybody and everything except yourself, we're overworked, undervalued and often a little stressed out. That is why I am really excited to bring you a great giveaway today for the Suzanne Jessee's unique CD, Me Time: Positive Day - Peaceful Night

This C.D is two-part audio experience with a combination of imagery meditation, self hypnosis and relaxation response that is designed to end each day with a positive attitude. It has three tracks, two with vocal coaching and one without... each providing a different response. The first track is for Daytime when you wake, to help start your day with enthusiasm and energy;  The second track is for night time and helps you drift asleep , and the third is just nice peaceful music.

My thoughts...

In all honesty this CD wasn't exactly what I expected, I have never been one to understand meditation but I was pleasantly surprised on how peaceful it made me. I haven't had the time to really fit the Morning Session into my routine, in fact I haven't really listened to the whole thing.

However, the Night time Meditation has been much easier and beneficial for me;  I have always had  trouble falling asleep because my mind is always racing thinking of anything and everything instead of sleep. I have been listening to this c.d for the last week and found that it kept my mind from wandering making me more relaxed and able drift into sleep much faster (Usually before the track has ended).

Me Time, Positive Day – Peaceful Night can be purchased from Suzanne’s website for $19.99.

I could sure use some help with being calm, self mediation and getting my anxiety under control. If I control my stress, than my blood pressure would be better too. I hope I win.
